Do you sell to the public?

Austex is a commercial fabric & vinyl wholesaler and only sell to trade customers. If you’re a trade customer, you can purchase directly from us or our exclusive supplier Wortley Group.

Can I access pricing?

Pricing is available to trade clients only. Feel free to contact our sales team for more information.

How do I obtain a sample cutting or brochure?

To order a sample, please use our sample cart option on our website or alternately, send through an email to sales@austexfabrics.com.au with your company details and information on the sample(s) you wish to obtain.

If you require a brochure, you can request this via, email or phone. Our team can also help assist you with your colour selection.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely. Please call ahead to book your appointment on 03 9484 9744.
Sales and Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please email sales@austexfabrics.com.au

Make sure to include your company details including business name, phone, email address , ABN & delivery details.

Your order will be processed on an individual basis.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, no. Once a fabric order has been cut from the roll, it cannot be returned. Please choose carefully before placing an order. Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend cross-checking all details before cutting to ensure accuracy.

However, full, unopened rolls of vinyl only may be returned for a fee. Please contact us for further details regarding return conditions and charges.

How long before I receive my order?

Product Availability and information

Is my product in stock?

We keep all our vinyl ranges heavily stocked in our Melbourne warehouse to ensure fast availability.

For Fusion printed fabrics, these are made to order and require a lead time of 1-2 weeks for production.

To check stock, our friendly team can assist you over the phone—simply provide the product range, color, and quantity you need, and we’ll confirm availability promptly.

Are the images on your website accurate for colour and scale?

As every monitor/device calibration is slightly different from one to another, therefore the colours shown may not be 100% accurate. All designs are not 100% to scale and may not show the pattern repeat.

All colours and patterns shown are intended as a guide only. We recommend requesting a sample cutting for an accurate representation.
