Do you sell to the public?
Unfortunately no. Austex Commercial Fabrics is an upholstery wholesaler and only sell to trade customers.
How do I select and purchase your fabrics?
To select a fabric you can go to our website and view the many ranges available. Alternatively, if you would like to view the actual fabric and/or samples please call Austex to make an appointment. Our knowledgeable staff are happy to assist you and are able to provide you with sample cuttings.
Are the images on your website accurate for colour and scale?
As every monitor calibration is slightly different from one to another, the colours shown are not 100% accurate. All designs are not 100% to scale and may not show the pattern repeat. All colours and patterns shown are intended as a guide only and we recommend requesting a sample cutting for an accurate representation.
How do I obtain a sample cutting or brochure?
To request a brochure, please call Austex 03 9484 9744 and we will be happy to discuss your needs and organise a brochure package for you. You can request a fabric sample via fax, email, phone or through our website. Our friendly staff can assist you with your colour selection and all sample cuttings will be mailed to you.
How do I place an order?
The preferred method for ordering is via email or fax. All orders can be sent to email@example.com
Please include your company details including name, phone, email address and abn number.
Your order will be processed on an individual basis.
How long before I receive my order?
All our stocked fabrics are in one central warehouse in Thomastown. Fabric deliveries are road express within Australia and time will vary between state to state. All international deliveries are with DHL. For more information regarding tracking orders or delivery times, please call Austex Fabrics on 03 9484 9744.
Can I return my order once I have received it?
Unfortunately no. Any fabric order that has been cut off a roll cannot be returned. Please choose carefully before ordering.
